1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdjiee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdjiee website located at https://bdjiee.com and all related services, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing any wager, depositing funds into your BDT wallet, or otherwise engaging with any feature of bdjiee, you confirm unambiguously that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of the overall agreement between you and bdjiee, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform at the time a promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus or promotion document, the specific document shall prevail only for the matter to which it relates.

• You have not previously had an account on bdjiee closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

By registering an account on bdjiee, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your date of birth, name, and contact details — is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information to circumvent age or identity verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any bonus funds held at the time of closure.

Geographic Eligibility

bdjiee is designed and operated with the Bangladesh market as its primary focus. The platform accepts registrations from players located in Bangladesh, including all eight divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. 3. Account Registration and Management

Single Account Policy

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit made to bdjiee through your payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms. bdjiee reserves the right to freeze the account associated with a chargeback, recover any funds that have been played or withdrawn from that account, and pursue recovery of fraudulently obtained funds through appropriate legal channels.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, VIP tier bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major international cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion document states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your bdjiee account are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.

Bonus Eligibility

• Opening more than one account, or assisting any other person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using any software, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or automated mechanism to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and investigation. bdjiee reserves the right to permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, withhold any balance pending full investigation, and pursue recovery of fraudulently obtained funds through civil or criminal legal proceedings as appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bdjiee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution connected to the account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person who has previously been self-excluded from bdjiee or from another gaming platform under a formal self-exclusion scheme.
• At the player's own request, whether as part of a responsible gaming measure (cool-off or self-exclusion) or for any other personal reason.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bdjiee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. If your account holds a positive BDT balance at the time of your closure request, and your account is in good standing with no active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, bdjiee will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method before closing the account.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should indicate this clearly when contacting support. Accounts closed under a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be flagged to prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. 9. Limitation of Liability

bdjiee provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure platform operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or data loss at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjiee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform or any individual game or service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or technical failures.
• Loss of data resulting from a technical failure of the platform or a player's own device or internet connection.
• Any game round that is interrupted due to a connection failure on the part of the player, provided that the game round is resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.
• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms, which are a natural and accepted risk of participation in gambling.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by bdjiee in good faith on the basis of false or misleading information provided by the player during registration or verification.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude bdjiee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases where bdjiee's liability is established, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of the deposits made by you to bdjiee in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdjiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bdjiee will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bdjiee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of this document.
